Dark Order is not created for transfer privacy, there are other protocols for that. The Privacy feature of Dark Order is to prevent market manipulations

And since we have no intention to support any kind of KYC, AML, black lists etc., when exiting Dark Order all user’s previous trades will be automatically revealed

Why did we do it?

Because Financial Freedom is incomplete without decentralized assets trading with not only the same but better efficiency than traditional ones. We believe it is common sense — the financial markets are extremely efficient, to create a novel financial market you need to be more efficient, not less.

Decentralized exchanges will always lose if the efficiency will not be improved over traditional exchanges.

We took an unusual step in DeFi space and Patented Dark Order invention. The US Patent Application No.19/395,226

‍Dark Order is an Acki Nacki Open Source project and you can use it under its License terms, but we need to protect our young network and users who believe in it from established incumbents in the space. Therefore if you want to launch a Dark Order-like exchange on some other network — you will have to make your own inventions, after all you had plenty of time to do just that all those years.
